I found this great recipe at Food.com.  It lookd really good, soooooo, I just had to make it!!  This would be great to serve at your Superbowl party.  I made homemade pizza dough, but I had the time since we were snowed in AGAIN.  Refrigerated pizza dough, or even thawed bread dough would work out great.  These were actually pretty easy to make.  You can make them with what ever filling you like.  I kept it simple with the usual pepperoni and cheese.  If I had less picky eaters, I would have filled them with onion, mushroom and green pepper, YUM !!

Just look at all that cheesy pepperoni goodness.

Ingreients:

2 (7 ounce) cans pillsbury refrigerated prepared pizza dough (I used homemade)

4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 cubes

24 slices pepperoni (I used 2 slices in each)

1/8 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1 1/2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 cup pizza sauce or 1 cup marinara sauce, heated

Directions:

Prep Time: 15 mins

Total Time: 33 mins

1 Preheat oven to 400.

2 Spray 3 9-inch pie pans with cooking spray.

3 On lightly floured surface, roll out one pizza crust and pat into 12x8 rectangle.

4 Cut into 24 squares.

5 Place one pepperoni slice and one cube of cheese on each dough square. Wrap dough around, pressing to seal.

6 Place in pans, seamside down.

7 Repeat with remaining dough, pepperoni and cheese.

8 Mix together oil and Italian seasoning. Drizzle or brush over rolls.

9 Top with grated parmesan.

10 Bake at 400 for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown.

11 Serve with warmed pizza or marinara sauce
