A-1 Meatloaf

I made individual meatloaves for dinner tonight.  They were great.  We had them with mashed potatoes and buttermilk cheddar biscuits.  The recipe is from Kraft.  Pretty basic and simple, just what I need sometimes.  I am not one for fancy, snooty food.  If I can't pronounce it, I'm not going to try and make it !! Tony LOVED this meatloaf.  I made 3 small loafs and put the rest in the freezer for next week.  Tony asked for more, he wanted me to pull the frozen meatloaf out of the freezer and make him another one.  When he realized it would be about 45 minutes before it was ready, he started asking Taylor for half of his !!  It makes all the planning, cooking, cleanup and dishes worth while when you know your family appreciates the food you just made them. Well.....most of the time ;)
